Episode #33 of the Close Encounters of the Nerd Kind podcast sees the team pick up where Episode #32 left off... so as a follow-up to our conversation about film franchises, we ask the question, which film franchise would we like to see either revisited or resurrected that hasn't actually been subject to the sequel treatment yet.  We also wonder whether we'd actually like to revisit certain characters from our childhood favourites like Ferris Bueller or The Goonies - does the joy in their story come from the boundless potential and possibilities their respective movies set out for them and would actually knowing the rest of their story ruin the mystique?
